For founders who are the design team by default
If you are the founder, you are currently also the designer, the front-end developer, and the person writing landing page copy at midnight. We take the making off your plate without adding management overhead.

One point of contact, no account layer

Decisions in hours, not sprint cycles

Product, site, brand, and deck
What to deliberately skip early
A design system, a native mobile app, an admin panel before you have customers to administer, and anything built for scale you do not have yet. All of these are real work that will be thrown away.
Everything we build at this stage assumes it might be wrong: small increments, minimal infrastructure, no premature abstraction. When a customer conversation changes your mind, the cost of changing course should be days rather than a quarter.
How we keep the overhead low
No weekly status meeting unless you want one. A written update, a shared board you can reorder whenever priorities change, and direct access to the people building.
If you go quiet for two weeks because you are fundraising, we keep working through the queue.
What founders usually need, in order
- 01
A site that explains the product clearly
Most early-stage sites describe a category instead of a product. Specificity converts, and this is usually the fastest win available.
- 02
The one workflow that proves the idea
Not a feature set. The single path that demonstrates the thing works, built well enough to put in front of paying customers.
- 03
A deck that does not undermine the story
You are telling a good story in the room. The slides should not be the weakest part of it.
- 04
Consistent brand basics
Full identity work can wait. Consistent type, colour, and logo across everything cannot — inconsistency reads as amateur faster than plain design does.

Frequently asked questions
No, and most founders do not. Start with the thing you are most certain about and we will shape the rest from what we learn.
An hour or two a week once we are running, mostly reviewing work and reordering the queue.
Yes. Pause at the end of a billing period and restart whenever. Plenty of founders run in bursts around funding and launches.
It is less than one junior hire fully loaded and you can stop after a month. Some teams alternate — one month on, one month off — aligned with their build cycles.
Let's build something worth shipping
One flat monthly fee. Unlimited requests. Design and engineering under one roof — pause or cancel whenever you like.
