The subscription

An Oxeni subscription gives you access to our design and/or development team for a flat monthly fee. You may submit unlimited requests. We work through them in the order you set, one active request at a time per subscription.

Billing

Subscriptions are billed in advance for the period you choose — monthly, quarterly, or annually. Payment is due at the start of each period. Quarterly and annual terms are billed up front at the discounted rate shown on the pricing page.

Pausing and cancelling

You can pause or cancel at any time, effective at the end of the current billing period. We do not pro-rate partial periods. Paused subscriptions retain your queue and your remaining paid time.

Revisions and satisfaction

Every plan includes unlimited revisions on work we deliver. If a deliverable is not right, we keep iterating on it within the same subscription period.

Ownership

Once a billing period is paid in full, you own the deliverables produced in it — source files, repositories, and design systems. We retain the right to display finished work in our portfolio unless you tell us in writing not to.

What's not included

Third-party costs are yours: hosting, domains, licensed fonts, stock assets, and paid APIs or services your project depends on. We will tell you before anything is purchased on your behalf.

Liability

We deliver work with reasonable skill and care. Our total liability under a subscription is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. Material changes are communicated to active subscribers by email before they take effect.
