What we collect

When you browse this site we collect usage analytics — pages viewed, referrer, approximate location derived from IP, browser and device type. When you contact us or book a call we collect the details you give us: name, email address, and anything you write in the message.

Why we collect it

Analytics tell us which pages are useful so we can improve them. Contact details are used only to reply to you and to run the engagement if you become a client. We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with advertisers.

Who processes it

We use PostHog for product analytics, Cal.com for call scheduling, and Vercel for hosting. Each of these processes data on our behalf under their own privacy terms. Email you send us is stored in our mail provider.

Cookies

We use first-party cookies to distinguish one visitor from another in analytics. We do not use third-party advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. You can block cookies in your browser; the site works without them.

How long we keep it

Analytics data is retained on a rolling basis. Client correspondence and project files are kept for the duration of the engagement and for a reasonable period afterwards for our own records.

Your rights

You can ask us what data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email hello@oxeni.dev and we will action the request.
