Community Driven Venture Capital

A venture firm whose actual product is what happens after the cheque clears. The site had to make that difference visible to founders comparing term sheets.

The problem

Every crypto fund says it is founder-friendly and adds value beyond capital. The claim is free to make, so it carries no information, and founders have learned to ignore it.

UNITY genuinely does more than write cheques — community building, governance participation, AMAs and influencer marketing, validator operation and stake delegation, ecosystem introductions. Buried in a paragraph of positioning, none of it registered.

What we did

Turned the claim into a list

Six named forms of support, each stated as a thing UNITY does rather than a value it holds. A founder can check them against what they actually need instead of taking a paragraph on faith.

Made the portfolio the argument

GamyFi, Radom Network, LUXY and Blocto each get a real description of what they do. A portfolio a reader can evaluate is stronger evidence than a wall of logos they can't.

Built for one reader

Three pages — home, about, portfolio — and no attempt to serve LPs, press, and founders at once. The founder is the only audience that matters at this stage, so the site is theirs.

The outcome

A fund site that says something specific in a category where nearly every site says the same thing, and a portfolio page that does the persuading.

GamyFi appears in that portfolio and is also our client — we designed the platform UNITY backed.
